His background spans executive oversight of retirement residences, new community openings, and regional operations, consistently resulting in improved occupancy, enhanced care standards, and highly engaged teams. At Sienna, Shiran led transformative initiatives as General Manager, advancing resident satisfaction and operational performance. His time at Verve and Cogir helped refine his skill in building high-performance care teams and navigating complex healthcare environments with a people-first approach.
